Privacy policy
How we process the personal data of people who contact us through the form or by e-mail.
This policy describes how we process the personal data of people who contact us through the contact form or the e-mail address given on this website. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, does not track visitors and loads fonts from its own server.
Controller
The controller is AZ Expertum a.s., Pražákova 1008/69, Štýřice, 639 00 Brno, Company ID (IČO): 30077389, VAT ID (DIČ): CZ30077389, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, Section B, Insert 9282. Office: AZ Tower, 17th floor, Pražákova 1008/69, 639 00 Brno. Data protection contact: gdpr@azexpertum.cz.
Contact form
The form on this website collects your name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, topic and message text. Telephone and company are optional. The message is sent by e-mail to info@azexpertum.cz or, if you choose “I am looking for work (specialist)”, to career@azexpertum.cz. The content of the message, contact details and attachments are neither stored nor logged on the web server. The server stores only the number of messages received per day by type (company or specialist), so that we know how many enquiries the website brings in. This count does not contain any name, e-mail address, telephone number, message text, IP address or file, and it cannot be used to find out who sent a message. Counts older than 3 years are deleted automatically the next time the form is used. To protect against bulk submissions, the server briefly keeps only the times of the most recent submissions (at most 20 in 15 minutes), without IP address, name or content, and continuously overwrites them.
The form does not use cookies or any third-party service and contains only a hidden field that catches automated bots. It does not measure anything about visitors.
View counts of AZ pulz articles
For articles in the AZ pulz section, the server stores only the number of views of each article per day, so that we know which articles people read. This count does not contain IP addresses, cookies, browser or device data, or where the visitor came from. The count therefore cannot be used to find out who read an article or to recognise repeat visits by the same person. We do not use any third-party service for this. Counts older than 3 years are deleted automatically.
CV
Specialists can attach a CV to the form (PDF, Word, ODT or RTF, up to 5 MB). The attachment is sent by e-mail and does not remain on the web server. The temporary file is deleted immediately after sending. We accept a CV only if you tick a separate consent box for it; without that consent the CV is not processed and you will be informed. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which is voluntary, is valid for three years and can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@azexpertum.cz. After withdrawal or once three years have passed, we delete the CV. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
What data and why
We process the data you send us yourself by form or e-mail (name, contact details, message content) in order to answer your question or enquiry. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where no contract is involved, our legitimate interest in replying to a message you have sent us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep correspondence for two years from the last contact. If it leads to cooperation, the retention period is governed by the contract and statutory time limits. You can ask for erasure earlier at any time.
Recipients
We do not pass the data on for the recipients' own purposes. It is processed on our behalf only by these service providers: WEDOS Internet, a.s. (web hosting and domain), Microsoft (company e-mail in Microsoft 365), Zoho Corporation B.V. (records of business contacts, servers in the European Union) and Cloudflare, Inc. (domain name service). We do not transfer data outside the European Union, except where the operation of the services listed requires it and an adequate level of protection is ensured.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to object and the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz). Please send requests to gdpr@azexpertum.cz.
