  1. Clarifying the brief

    We go through the role or the goal, the environment, the timeline and the form of cooperation that makes sense for you.

  2. Proposal and selection

    When you need people, we prepare an offer with specific candidate profiles within 3 days of clarifying the brief. For a project, we propose a solution with scope, team, timeline and price.

  3. Kick-off

    We agree the terms and the start. A specialist or a team starts work in your environment, a new colleague joins you, or the project starts according to the agreed plan.

  4. Continued cooperation

    With staffing, we stay in touch with you and with the specialist and handle team extensions or new roles. On a project, we continue as agreed: with another phase, support or a handover to your team.

What we do in AI

AI Act

The EU AI Act applies in stages.

Since 2 August 2026 most rules apply, including the transparency obligations, and authorities have started enforcing them. Rules for high-risk uses, for example in employment or education, apply from 2 December 2027. What applies to you depends on your role and on what you use AI for.
